⁸ They left Pi Hahiroth and walked through the sea into the ·desert [wilderness; Ex. 14:1–31]. After going three days through the ·Desert [Wilderness] of Etham, they camped at Marah [Ex. 15:23].

⁹ They left Marah and went to Elim; there were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees where they camped [Ex. 15:27].

¹⁰ They left Elim and camped near the ·Red [or Reed; Ex. 10:19] Sea.
